In light of the prominent safety issues concerning safety buckles and in order to accommodate customer demands and the discrepancies between different quality management systems, YOKE continued to adopt API SPEC Q1, a quality management system developed by the American Petroleum Institute (API), as a set of standards developed for oil and gas industries and ISO 9001 quality management system (API QMS:2015). When API announced the API Spec Q1 V.10 in 2023, we immediately activated the version change assessment and made internal adjustments. Additionally, as new plant address certification was required after the completion of the processing plant (Plant V) in the Taichung Industrial Park, we will combine it with the periodic audit in 2024.

Our PPE has also passed the certification for Article 11B. Every year SATRA, a UK-based certification body, conducts annual reviews at YOKE’s factories and renews our certification.
